Moira Bright began working in real estate and development in 2001, joining Spirit Hospitality, LLC in 2013. Her background lies in strategic analysis of properties and projects, economic development, marketing and business administration. Her implementation of administrative procedures and project management strategies as well as her ability to translate big picture ideas in to fine details and execution processes are exceptionally beneficial to her employer and the organizations she associates with. Throughout her career she has been drawn to entrepreneurs and has found a niche supporting and unfolding the vision of those leaders at an executive level. Her role at Spirit Hospitality allows her to work on hotel & real estate development projects in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Johnstown, and Thornton, CO as well as Wheatland and Cheyenne, WY. She has an in-depth knowledge of the importance of public/private partnerships, particularly when applied to real estate development and the creation of primary jobs in a region.
Prior to working for Spirit Hospitality, LLC, Moira worked with Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation, Water Valley Land Company, Heath Construction and TKW Investments. In 2007 she helped her husband start his company, Image Overhead Door, in Fort Collins where they live with their two children. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
Moira has a passion for the arts and learning. Creative, strategic thinking and collaboration need to be cultivated and she likes to be around those who think big, act boldly and create extraordinary places so that we can have extraordinary experiences. In addition to Go NOCO, Moira has given significant time to Canyon Concert Ballet, Junior Achievement, Odyssey of the Mind, PTO at Shepardson Elementary & Boltz Middle School, Suzuki Violin and numerous other nonprofit organizations and networking groups.
